“Ordering and delivery were second to none. The wire colour quoted on the diagram and that on the cover label are different. A brown wire mentioned is not there. My concern though is that the motor remains energized after the program is shut down if either circuit is calling at this time. Switching the power off at mains for 30 seconds will clear all latches but this is a poor design that contribute to high temperature and no doubt will shorten the life of the unit.”

“I have only recently used BES.co.uk, however based on my experience I cannot fault them. The item ordered arrived the next day in perfect condition. Unfortunately due to no fault of theirs I found that the item I had ordered was unsuitable for my use. They accepted the return without question, and handled the process very efficiently. Based on this experience I would not hesitate in purchasing from them in the future, and would certainly recommend them.”

“I placed an order but wasn’t sent a notification that my order had been sent to my local pick up point. There were a few fittings missing. I rang to enquire and was told they weren’t in stock, I hadn’t been made aware of this earlier. Also, the leak detection fluid had spilt in the packaging so I now only have half a bottle of LDF. My experience in the pass has been good but this was disappointing.”
