Dear Sir/Madam, Please contact us (BES) urgently as we have tried unsuccessfully to call you on several occasions. Our courier tried to deliver but as there was no answer your goods have been waiting at a collection point for 6 days. If they are not collected very soon your order will be returned to BES. “Ordered a flexible gas pipe to connect gas to caravan. It arrived well packed and on time. Delivery left in the requested place. The pipe was exactly as described on the web site and fitted perfectly.”
