“badly let down by ups - good comms from Bes but paid for pre 12 monday arrived 4pm weds pm after several phone calls and promises not fulfilled”

“Good products, excellent catalogue, competitive pricing, answered the phone quickly when called to query late delivery. Sadly let down by UPS delivery service who were only able to tell me ' it's on the van but you won't get it today' - This carrier needs to be dropped as it is hurting your business”

“I paid an increased delivery charge for Saturday delivery. My package arrived Tuesday thereafter. I understand in the current climate that delays can happen, but after asking for a refund on the delivery surcharge via your contact us page, I have been completely ignored for one whole week - unacceptable!”

“Very good got six items delivered but one was wrong sized however I spoke to an extremely helpful and cheery young lady in customer services (Cathrine) and she sorted the issue and had a new part here by 10 the next morning will use again .”
