“This was my first order with BES, after being frustrated with screwfix and toolstation on a Sunday. I ordered on Monday afternoon and It arrived the very next day as promised. Amazing value As well for a much superior quality products. Now I will be getting all my essential items from BES. Shame they don’t sell pasta and toilet rolls as well. Very impressed with the service and website.”

“Hi I am happy with the gas valve although it hasn't been fitted yet. Not happy with the delivery. It was left in my porch for two days even though there is a note on the glass to say do not leave in porch. Please speak to the courier, as Amazon are aware of my delivery instructions. Thank you”
