“The square hole in the handle didn't quite fit the exitsing main gas tap, so I had to file the hole slightly larger, which wasn't unexpected because the main gas tap is 30 years old.”

“All products were fine, however the chosen delivery service was not good. The delivery was due on 27.8.26; DX Delivery tracker service was useless (all day & evening on 27.8.26 it simply said 'will deliver 27.8.26). Eventually the delivery arrived late morning on 28.8.26, and the courier dragged the plastic drainpipes about 30 yards down the road - resulting in a damaged end to one end of the gutter!!”
