“Air separator arrived with oval rather than round connections. phoned BES who answered promptly and offered to send replacement by priority shipping. they phoned later that day to say that the replacement also has oval connections and refunded the price paid. Ecellent service.”

“Great service after a water meter had 1" BSP threads that were not tapered so would not fit in the MDPE adapters. they went to the store, found the parts, checked i was not some mental case, agreed the parts did not fit, issued a note to the product manager that it was wrong then found a workaround, mailed the fix to me next day. OMG a company with actual "Customer Service" you know who you were, Tech desk and Sales desk, come on management pay rises all round! thanks again Rob”
