“I ordered two TRV's with fairly uncommon 10mm pushfit connections (10mm speedfit pipe pushes directly into the TRV body) and they arrived the next day by courier. Also very competitive price. 100% excellent service”

“Found BES by accident when searching the web for parts to repair a hot water /heating problem, I found their web site to well laid out and easy to use, as their prices also were very competitive I placed and order. the whole process was painless as was the subsequent service and delivery, everything was as described and required and no problems were encountered, I will use again if needed.”

“Products were great but the delivery service was shocking. BES gets lets down by the delivery company it uses. Next day delivery became three days, worse still, i had to travel to the depot to collect the delivery, all because the delivery driver would not get out of his cab and knock on the front door. Someone was in all day !”
