“Item would have arrived the next day if courier could have located the address. However the package did arrive the following day after BES intervened to direct the courier.”

“Old mechanism broke so valve stayed open. Bought this product to replace old unit, fitted like a charm, cleaned up the pipe work, wires were the same. This time the mechanism is easily removable from the valve which makes installation very straight forward”

“Order was accepted and a delivery date was emailed to me. When the item did not arrive in contacted bes who then said the item was on back order with an OCTOBER delivery. not good was not advised until I complained of non delivery”

“No instructions with the pressure meters. Only instructions with the water flow pot . . . .. the water flow pot is a bit gimmicky. Just as good to time how long it takes to fill a know container size and work out L/min. Aerators on tap ends need to be removed or a false high reading is obtained. . .not so when filling a container . . . . some aerators can't be removed. One meter, when connected, leaked from a joint that can't be tightened when used. See picture. Perhaps it was suppose to do that to allow air to escape .. .either way, no instructions with the meters.”

“Products good, prices good, delivery poor, should have got next working day delivery, but didn’t get delivered until following day, which held things up, also had a query about part missing, was promised this would be looked into, and missing part sent out, next day, still no sign of it.”
