“Last year my boiler condensor pipe froze so this year I ordered heavy duty black condensor pipe lagging from BES. It came quickly and Im really pleased with it I put it on over the grey foam lagging and secured with cable ties. Looks neat. Im just awaiting the -5’ now!!”

“I found myself in a bit of a pickle with a job at 3:45 on a Friday afternoon. After searching all the local plumbing and builders merchants I couldn't find the part I need. I search the internet and found BES Supplies and ordered the part for a Saturday morning delivery( if I'm honest, I thought 'no chance!) I had the part on my door step at 7.30 in the morning! Sorted the job and a big Thank you to all you guys at BES and delivery UPS couriers!!👍👍👍”

“Product is good. Order was dispatched in a timely manner. However, I had to go and pick delivery up from a central pick-up point, even though I had asked for delivery to be left at back door if it could not fit through letter box. This request was also printed on parcel. Maybe printed information could be in bigger text for ease. Product could have also fitted through the letter box. However, 1 x 22mm & 1 x 15mm compression fitting were sent out in a box that was maybe 2/3 the size of a shoe box instead of a padded envelope?”

“Needed 4 small Monument pipe plugs. Total about £6. Cheaper to buy them from BES and pay about £5 p & p than collect from Screwfix!”
