“Easy product selection, put your items in your basket and as long as you order before 19:00 hrs it all arrives next day.... Sound too good to be true... I thought that too... BUT That's exactly what happened Blooming BRILLIANT.. thank you”

“Staff are very helpful, had a small problem where courier delivered to the wrong address but they sorted this out with the courier who still delivered the parcel the same day. They also phoned me the next day to make sure the package had been correctly delivered.”

“Everything arrived in good condition and on time (next working day). However, I had mistakenly ordered some pipe 'O' clips of the wrong size (worth pence only). I was very surprised to find there was no way of having these sent out by first class post and not incur courier costs. Your help-desk agent explained that everything had to be tracked. I finished up buying some conventional screw-up Jubilee clips from a local DIY store.”
