“I ordered a number of part of which 2 were sent out on back order a couple of days apart. There courier did not deliver them as I was out but left a slip with just my name on it not stating were my order was or if they were going to leave it with a nabour or if they would redeliver afther A couple of days i called bes to find out were my order was. They said it was left a shop some distance a way with no parking. I informed them that i ordered it to be delivered to my address and the part the size of a match box could’ go through the letter box or be left with a nabour. So instead of delivering they refunded the part so was a waste of time. The person on there coustomer service is very poor and very un helpful . So next time I will look for a new supplier”

“Bought a w20-ended lpg hose and two 90 degree elbow connectors for it. Excellent quality, good prices and very quick (next day) delivery. I doubt if I will ever bother looking anywhere else again”

“The order was complete with no items missing but it was not delivered on a next day service. When I phoned to ask why it hadn’t been on time I was told that it isn’t a guaranteed next day service even though that’s the impression you get from the web site. I find the misleading.”

“This was our first time use of BES having found them via a Google search. Setting up my account, ordering (CH pump) was easy and simple, and delivery was prompt, almost too prompt as we accepted free delivery and didn't pay for before 12:00 or 10:30, but our order was delivered before 12:00 which mean we weren't in and then had to collect from the UPS drop point. Unfortunate. Can recommend BES and will deffo use them again.”
