“Nothing to do with the thermostat. Was disappointed with the service from BES. They are normally top class but after waiting 3 days for the goods and telephoning them to enquire the whereabouts, they informed me there was no stock. Bit surprised by that response as on any other time of using the online site it will inform you in when ordering if stock was a problem. Not sure where they went wrong this time”

“First time I have used BES and have to say the service was excellent. The added bonus was the facility they have with UPS which meant I could have the products ordered delivered at my convenience meaning I woukdnt miss the delivery.”

“I ordered a fan for an older Myson boiler. It was a new item, not reconditioned. The item was at a very good price. It was an outright purchase, I did not have to pay a deposit and then send the old fan back. Delivery was spot on, no delays. I have to give them the full 5 stars, an excellent product and supplier.”

“BES has an excellent range of products and was able to supply the product which I needed from stock. My item was delivered within 48 hours of my order being placed and the package was very well protected to ensure that it was not damaged in transit. This was the first time that I had used BES but I will certainly purchase from them in future.”

“Search for product at several places closer to base without success so tried BES online for first time and am chuffed...they had the identical product to the failed item and service was first class, system up and running within 28 hours. Will use them again.”
