“Site was easy to see and order , also payment but was let down by courier company not delivered next day , returned and delivered again , took 3 days !!!! Shame really but wasn't urgent which was a good job and not BES fault , would and will use again and recommend”

“Only negative is the UPS delivery service was shocking when tracking delivery was advised delivery by end of day Wednesday never got it until 9.30 am Friday”

“Brilliant. First time I've used them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I was looking for insulation for outdoor boiler condensate pipe and didn't really know what I needed but found the answers to all my questions in the Q and A section before I ordered. Delivery was tracked and on time. Top service, thanks.”

“Excellent service and customer support. It was a pleasure dealing with BES and very grateful for their help when after placing the order on line we rang up at 17-30 as we had made a mistake on the quantity ordered and they were able to correct it and we still received the order the next day.”
