“Dpd delivery service is awful. This order was due on Monday the 12th. Spoke to bes several times and always told it will be the next day. Still no delivery so do not use bes if you require the parts like most tradesman for a job. Never had a problem like this before and very disappointed.”

“I asked about the model i needed to see if it would fit the same backplate which was answered within a few minutes. Swapping the Siemans RWB9 for the RWB29i is a quick and east installation for anyone, they do indeed use the same plate.”

“Don't do much plumbing any more but when I do neet plumbing supplies you can count on BES for a prompt cost effective survice, the item was well packed and arrived in good condition.”
