“Excellent service heating system went down so needed spare asap and BES delivered ontime as promised cheaper than other suppliers for same make of product and free postage too what more could you ask for!!!!”

“Product fine ..BES service excellent but why do you use Ups as a delivery service they still hadnt delivered product after 5 days and you resent with tufnells who delivered 18 hours later...”
