“No problems with the products or delivery time. However if you had used royal mail instead of a courier I wouldn't have paid import duty. Couriers can charge what they like & did. They basically doubled the price of the items I bought as import duty.”

“Unable to get parts locally, therefore had to pay carriage. Still cheaper than going to another town to try and source. Parts reasonably priced. Ordered Wednesday after Christmas Bank holiday and came Thursday morning, though email said it would be Friday. Fitted parts same day and another satisfied customer.”

“Have used BES in the past for Central Heating parts and have found them to be extremely reliable with a good choice / price range. Delivery was spot on (able to specify delivery date). I have never had to return anything so can't comment on that side of customer service. I would have no hesitation in using BES again - highly recommended.”

“I have ordered many times from B.E.S and will continue to do so. They have good value products which are almost always in stock. I feel I must however mention the issue of occasionally damaged goods, which has been due to the sometimes poorly packed boxes. The boxes are packed out with the air filled plastic bags, which are very often deflated by the time my order arrives, meaning that the goods inside slide around and can become damaged. That said B.E.S are very quick to send out replacements. Sort this issue out and it would definitely be 5 Stars.”

“I rang up to see if I could just do a one off purchase instead of opening an account. This was no problem and the order was swiftly taken with a bit of light hearted banter in between. The parcel arrived the next day and everything was good”
