Due to moving house to within a short distance from various Plumbers Merchants I hadn't used BES for about 10 years. Then I needed a specific item for a job and BES were one of the few companies stocking it that could deliver quickly. I ordered on Wednesday and it arrived next day, unfortunately damaged. I contacted customer services who were apologetic and very helpful and promised to check that the replacement item would be double checked and sent that day, I received the item foc next day in good condition, no quibble, no extra carriage. The members of staff I dealt with ( Jenny originally, and a gentlemen who's name I didn't catch and Eva who sorted the problem were excellent). Due to the service experienced and after checking their prices against Screwfix etc. I shall now use them again in future for my stock orders. Well done.
