Berry's has been a family run jewellers for over 125 years. During this time it has opened boutiques in Leeds, Newcastle, Nottingham, Hull, York & Windsor. We sell the finest diamond jewellery and luxury watches.

If you are looking for a unique piece of jewellery, why not try our jewellery design service? Our in-house designers can work with an existing piece of jewellery to make a brand new style or create something totally unique from scratch to your own individual specification.

As well as our repairs, cleaning and restorative services we can also help you with valuations and gemological appraisal as part of our comprehensive range of jewellery and watch services.

“Fabulous service. Needed to buy online and couldn't visit the store. Requested extra photos of someone actually wearing the necklace and they happily obliged. Beautiful necklace and excellent service.”

“Absolutely delighted with the service I’ve received in the Newcastle store over the past couple of months. Visited in September looking for a Cartier Santos, spoke to Lee who was pleasant, knowledgeable and all-round brilliant. Was explained to me that the Santos is a rare and sought-after model at the minute and was informed I’d be alerted when one arrived. As promised, Lee got in touch as soon as one arrived this week. Again, service in store was great, both by Lee and all the other staff who made me glad I’d chose Berry’s over other retailers who had been nowhere near as helpful. So thrilled to have my watch and even though there is a very small problem with the box (these things happen), the staff have promised a resolution immediately and I look forward to seeing them again. Amazing service from a family company looking after our key workers! Thanks again to the staff, recommend 100%!”

“We purchased a Cartier Tank watch from you, for my wife's 60th and we went to the trouble of getting her wrist size and forwarding it on with the purchase only to find the watch came with no adjustment putting a bit of a damper on the day then we contacted you about it and was told just to send it back? But rather than go to all the trouble we had to find a local dealer and pay to get it adjusted Not what you would expect from a £5.400 watch”

“My Wife and I called in Wed 17/11/21 and bought a Omega Watch. We were served by Holly who was so nice and helpful. The product was as you would expect for an Omega but it was a very pleasurable experience to be served by such a nice lady who answered all our questions and was genuinely interested in our requirements. “Unbelievable service from start to finish - and best price as well! Started with Danny on the web team, replying to my email within minutes (with the best price in out there!) and finishing with picking the watches up from Sally in the Windsor branch (showing the watches off and a complete overview of them). Communication was amazing with emails (and phone calls) at every step of the journey. I cannot recommend Berry's enough!!!”
