Contacted Berry’s after being let down by Goldsmiths for a watch that they claimed to have in stock which was for my daughter’s 21st birthday. (which they didn’t and came up with lame excuses yada yada…) Managed to find the Watch available from Berry’s in York, contacted their customer services and the chap we spoke to was excellent, really helpful and said we definitely have one! Ordered online straight after the phone call and received the watch the following day. What more could you want? The strap setting was too large for my daughter’s wrist so went back to their Newcastle shop and the team jn there were fantastic. Resized the watch there and then. Still not a perfect size & they ordered a half link which will be fitted next week when our daughter heads back to uni. I would 100% recommend Berry’s for any jewellery or watch purchase. Seems to be a company who actually cares about their customers! 10/10 🔥
