Berry's has been a family run jewellers for over 125 years. During this time it has opened boutiques in Leeds, Newcastle, Nottingham, Hull, York & Windsor. We sell the finest diamond jewellery and luxury watches.

If you are looking for a unique piece of jewellery, why not try our jewellery design service? Our in-house designers can work with an existing piece of jewellery to make a brand new style or create something totally unique from scratch to your own individual specification.

As well as our repairs, cleaning and restorative services we can also help you with valuations and gemological appraisal as part of our comprehensive range of jewellery and watch services.

“I initially contacted the store online and the service I received from Zoe was outstanding. I'm a VIP client with all the major ADs in the UK and I don't think their service comes close to what was provided by Zoe. Knowledgeable, prompt and excellent customer service. I'll be contacting Zie / Berrys for all future purchases going forward.”

“Absolutely fantastic service and love my new jewellery. I made an initial email enquiry and the response was quick and helpful. The shop the bracelet was stocked in wasn’t open on a Sunday - the only day I could get into Leeds, so they arranged for it to be taken to another Leeds store that was open for me to just look at it. Then on going into the Victoria Quarter store there was such a lovely warm and friendly welcome from the team, and especially Melanie who became my main sales contact. I had to go back for a sizing then after a few weeks’ wait it was ready for collection (it was made by an external supplier to Berry’s). Melanie kept me updated with expected delivery dates and then I was made to feel really special when collecting it. It was a fun experience. Five stars for service and also for the fizz and cuppas that are on offer! Unfortunately for the bank account I’ll be back!”

“Cannot fault customer service - i bought 2 expensive watches- speedy secure delivery, one required return and refund as not suitable for recipient / hassle free quick refund. Would definitely use again- were able to source item that main distributor could not.”

“Great fast service via online and post. Needed small strap adjustment walked in to local branch and very happy to sort it out for me straight away. Also recieved a free watch winder, was expecting cheap and nasty one but a Wolf winder turned up. Very very pleased.”

“Had an absolutely brilliant service from Michael White. This is the third watch I have bought from him and Berry’s and they have all been great experiences. I part exchanged two of my watches and paid the balance to get a Bulgari Octo Finissimo in red gold. The watch is absolutely stunning and it was very well packaged when shipped over to me. This watch is to remember my late mother by who recently passed away and this is a great end watch for me.”

“A few months ago I purchased a high-end watch from Tim at Berry's in Windsor - sadly, not long after it developed some faults and was returned to the manufacturer for service & repair - when it came back the watch had been repaired but was working nowhere near the standard that I would have expected from such a prestigious brand. Tim (and the branch manager) both agreed and they went above and beyond to arrange for an exchange so that I came away today with a purchase I was pleased with. Such excellent service is rare these days and worthy of highlighting. Thank you Tim for your support, understanding and good humour 😄 while sorting this out.”

“I took my Panerai for a service with Berry's in the Victoria quarter. I have to say that the service I received from Samantha and all the team was excellent!As normal the service with Panerai raised a number of question.The communication and attention to detail showed a real interest in my watch and what I wanted to achieve and what shone through was that Berry's really cared!So often these days we get bad service from companies who don't know or care about the products or people they are dealing with this was certainly not the case with Berry's! Thanks for a great service experience!”

“I spoke to Berry’s in Newcastle 3 days ago regarding a watch I liked. Unfortunately they did not have it in the Newcastle store but did have it in Hull. Within 24 hours they had the watch sent to the Newcastle store for me to view. I went today and bought the watch. It’s stunning and Tina and Lee from the Newcastle store reminded me today what excellent customer service looks like. Something that is all too often forgotten in this day and age of internet purchasing . Something one of their neighbouring stores failed to grasp! Thanks Tina and Lee for a superb experience today. I love my watch and will be telling everyone where I bought it. Thank you.”
