The items were just pushed down into the package.the envelopes were not bond. I found it very hard to sort small envelopes from the large ones . If I went to shop to buy them they would be well presented. This is the first time I have to complain. I’m an elderly person suffering from rheumatoid arthritis in both hands. Took me a long time

Hello, Thank you for your review. Sorry that the envelopes ended up mixed up in your package. They are usually put into the box separate so they must have got mixed up while in transit. We do not wrap them in plastic to save on waste, however I will pass this on to hopefully stop this from happening again as we may be able to separate then in a different way.

The products are nice but to much expensive,especiali for the taxes I pay when I receive what I order. It's no convenient from Europe. Thank you.

Musste noch extra Zoll bezahlen. Also noch mal extra! Das hatte ich bei der Bestellung so nicht verstanden. Insgesamt für eine Lieferung nach Deutschland etwas teuer

Had to call as order hadn't been sent even though money taken. Very expensive postage I thought, as much as product I ordered.

Thank you for your review. Sorry that you were not 100% happy with the service. The product that you ordered was out-of-stock at the time of placing the order. I can see that you selected and paid extra for the faster delivery service, however this would have only taken effect once a product came back in stock. Sorry for any confusion or misunderstanding.

Condition of goods was not very good.the tract folder was bent at the end and plastic folders were not in good condition.

Very disappointed that the items I ordered were only dispatched on the day I was informed they were to be delivered. When I did an on line chat I was told they were running late- fair enough but I should have been informed about this delay via email.

All good except I was sent old track folder.... now we don't do old tracks so in my opinion that shouldn't be in sale

Thank you for your review. If you have ordered an item that you do not want, please contact us either via phone or email and we will be happy to set up a return/refund for you. Older products such as the tract holder that you ordered are on sale under the clearance category as they can still be useful, such as to hold paperwork etc. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.

Everything is excellent except one thing. Why on earth do we have to have an account and a password to buy things from you. Even though you have a guest password it makes shopping with you irritating. It's just another password to remember, when all you want is to buy your goods. We get our writing pads from you on a regular basis and have to go through this rigmarole every time. Only the quality of your goods and the price of them stop us from going elsewhere.

Thank you for your review. We do require a password to gain access to your account yes, and we do require an account to place an order. The password keeps your account secure, however you can save your password on your browser, or tick the box to stay logged in if you are using a personal device or computer. Having an account means that you can re-use the same address without having to re-enter your delivery address everytime, and you will also collect Reward Point that you can spend on later orders which is only possible with an account. I hope that information helps.

Concerning cost of postage, you were payed twice for items that could be posted together (my mistake) A two week wait for item's is unacceptable,

Thank you for your review. It looks like the order was placed just before the double bank holiday which would have delayed the order a little. The postage selected was the 5 working day delivery. It seems your order was dispatched 2 days late which would have been due to us catching up after the 4 day bank holiday weekend. Sorry about the delay and for any inconvenience it caused. Usually most orders are dispatched within just a day or two.

The writing paper is lovely, good quality 😊 However, am disappointed with coasters. I gave out to some friends and the surface has all cracked. Am disappointed with them😦

Actually, it took longer than I thought in being delivered. Not sure what I was thinking with the envelopes I ordered but they are way too big for anything I need. That was my error. They are an awkward size in my mind. But my fault for ordering.

Products and services are good, however because its a niche target market I think most if not all items are overpriced.

Hello, Thank you for your review. Most of our items are designed and produced specially, and a lot of items we can only have a few produced at a time. Although it takes significant time to design and create an item, and we do not get favourable prices from manufacturers due to the small manufacturing runs, we try to keep our prices as low as possible. The writing pads and envelopes were ideal for writing. However one of the pens did not work. It would be nice if you could get refills for the pens. Pity to have to throw them away.
