“Would normally put very good as got diary very quick. However this year's have come without front plastic protection cover. Therefore front cover getting creased & bent already. These diaries definitely need plastic front protection cover.”

Dear Joanne, Sorry to hear you are disappointed with the A5 Diary. These should have arrived with a plastic cover, however the manufacturers made an error and sent these without, leaving us no time to get more made. We updated the information online, and added "Without Plastic Cover" to the title of the product online, to make customers aware before they ordered. We also reduced the price of these, so you haven't paid full price. If you didnt spot this update on the product page, you can send the item back to us for a refund. Again, sorry for any disappointment.

“Although part of my order arrived reasonably quickly (I paid for 1st class delivery) two items were to follow and still have not arrived twelve days later although the money has been taken! No explanation has been given as to why these items are late or if they are ever going to come. Very disappointing.”

Dear Francesca, thank you for your order and sorry you have given us a negative review regarding the folders. The reason we haven't given an update on these folders is that the folders were marked as out of stock on the product page when you ordered these with the estimated delivery date (from the factory) as 5th January. This can be seen just above the 'Add to Cart' button in red. It is recommend that you only order an out of stock item if you are OK to wait until after the advertised due-in date for delivery. We try and provide all the necessary information on the product page so you are aware of any stock shortages before you add to you basket. Hopefully this clears up your question. Dear Sister. Your order was dispatched on Monday, 2 working days after the order was placed, so you should receive it either today or tomorrow. The pre-order items will be dispatched once we have these in stock. The estimated due-in date can be found on the product page just above "Add to Cart". I hope this helps.

“as you know I've been with you awhile now service is quite good, but I must admit I am a bit disappointed with the bag,thought it was to be leatherett other than that it pretty good.”
