“The fact that you are making attempts to provide stationery items for Jehovah's Witnesses is pleasing, and I am delighted with your efforts. I am disappointed with the quality of the colouring book for children. The drawings are poor, even primitive and childlike, and the book is not sequenced chronologically to match Bible chronology. The book is not all appealing- It is rather outdated. I would be reluctant to use it to encourage children to engage in study. As a retired teacher, I know the high quality of resources available to children in schools today, the use of smartboards , and the access to excellent resources available at home to children, especially on jw.org, and I do recommend that you look again at your offer, as I don't feel it will engage children's interest at all. Perhaps a book matched to the chronology in our Bible Story Book for Children, and relating to the material and illustrations therein, with professional artistry, would be a better engagement tool for children. Our website offers so much dynamic material to engage and teach children. Illustrations in our publications are of excellent quality. As a teacher, I would not consider this book to be an engaging tool for children, and would not be happy to offer it. I know that I have provided many materials of much higher quality to my pupils I do however really appreciate your efforts to provide resources and commend you for this.”

“I feel your company would benefit from having your hours and country code on your web site. This would encourage people from other countries to give it a try. My mother was from Bournemouth and my cousins live in Australia and I have lived in Germany so I am experienced with calling overseas. But I have had problems with purchasing products ever since I discovered the website. Recently I tried to use a Visa debit card but your system would not except it which caused me a delay of several days.”

Dear Sister. Sorry to see you are disappointed with our service/delivery speed. We offer free 2nd Class delivery for any orders over £10 that aren't urgent. However, these orders are still usually dispatched the next day and should arrive within around just 3 working days. We do have pre-order items online (eg the Convention Notepads, Diaries etc) which will not arrive right away (as they are shown as not in stock), but the estimated delivery dates are all displayed just next to the Add To Cart button. Outside of this, if you find any orders arrive later than the date shown, please do feel free to email us right away so we can follow up any possible issue you may be experiencing, as we do want all our customers to be 100% happy with the service they receive from us. “Would normally put very good as got diary very quick. However this year's have come without front plastic protection cover. Therefore front cover getting creased & bent already. These diaries definitely need plastic front protection cover.”

Dear Joanne, Sorry to hear you are disappointed with the A5 Diary. These should have arrived with a plastic cover, however the manufacturers made an error and sent these without, leaving us no time to get more made. We updated the information online, and added "Without Plastic Cover" to the title of the product online, to make customers aware before they ordered. We also reduced the price of these, so you haven't paid full price. If you didnt spot this update on the product page, you can send the item back to us for a refund. Again, sorry for any disappointment.

“Although part of my order arrived reasonably quickly (I paid for 1st class delivery) two items were to follow and still have not arrived twelve days later although the money has been taken! No explanation has been given as to why these items are late or if they are ever going to come. Very disappointing.”

Dear Francesca, thank you for your order and sorry you have given us a negative review regarding the folders. The reason we haven't given an update on these folders is that the folders were marked as out of stock on the product page when you ordered these with the estimated delivery date (from the factory) as 5th January. This can be seen just above the 'Add to Cart' button in red. It is recommend that you only order an out of stock item if you are OK to wait until after the advertised due-in date for delivery. We try and provide all the necessary information on the product page so you are aware of any stock shortages before you add to you basket. Hopefully this clears up your question.
