Thank you for your review. We do not have any pens priced at £7. The amount of £7 will have been your whole order price including delivery. Most our products are custom made, some in very small batches. They are engraved or printed which is what adds to the cost. Because of this we are unable to price items like a supermarket would who may buy generic items in very large quantities. I hope this clarifies your issue. Thanks for your order.

“The wallet came quickly, however I was disappointed that there was only one pocket for the new tracts. With 9 new tracts can you not make a wallet with 9 clear wallets preferably a flip over design?”

Hello, thank you for your review. We have several folders to fit the new tracts. Our most popular is the 10 pocket tract folder with the flip over cover. The item you ordered and reviewed is a small holder designed to be a light weight option that fits just a few of each of the contact cards, meeting invitations and new small tracts. If you want to return the items you ordered we are happy for you to do so for a refund. You can also take a look at the 10 pocket tract folder which sounds like what you were after. Thank you
