“Delighted with Rieker shoes from Begg, thank you. A friend had bought very recently direct from Rieker a pair which I admired. Had been saddened the manufacturer was not displaying them on line & was delighted to find them readily available from Begg with immediate delivery ! A splendid old established family firm which is hugely well reviewed & a pleasure to deal with ! Full marks !”

“The staff at Begg shoes were really helpful. The item I wanted wasn't in stock but was available online. The sales assistant ordered it for me, explained that it would take a few days and then contacted me as soon as they arrived. She recognised me as soon as I walked into the shop without me even saying my name. It all felt very personal and friendly.”

“I recently bought two pairs of boots at Lerwick store;my size wasn't in stock so staff found right size for me and ordered delivered to store at my request. As well as e-mailing, staff gave me a call to let me know boots had arrived. All of the staff who dealt with this order were helpful, friendly and really pleasant to speak to. Great experience. Cannot recommend highly enough.”
