“I had a great experience ordering boots from Begg’s . They arrived quickly and beautifully packaged and included everything I would need if I wanted to return them ( which I didn’t ! ) I’d definitely order from them again. A great company.”

“Always had excellent service from my local Lerwick store. Having broad feet usually makes choice limited but Begg stock a wide range. Unfortunately the local store is closing so will have to shop online but the returns procedure is straightforward.”

“Thank you for your very good email. I am delighted with my purchase of Gabor Rolling Soft shoes. I have 2 old pair of Rollin Soft shoes (which are replacing two similar old pairshave seen better days!). I was delighted to find these on the internet and, as I have impaired vision, they were easy to purchase with a pleasant 'phone cal. The order arrived very quick and I am delighted with my purchase - 'tho very expensive! Thank you very much.”

“Delighted with my second pair of Legero trainers. I've loved the first pair I got last year. I got such excellent help in the Perth shop whereby they ordered in the colour I wanted. I've always experienced friendly and polite service in the Perth shop. Susan also helped me chose the blue Ecco sandals and ordered them in for me too. They immediately felt comfortable as soon as I tried them on. It is a great help to have the ability to try shoes on in store but also have the luxury of getting your exact size/colour ordered in.”

“Your serice was impeccable. However I do not like having to order shoes online as I prefer to try on several pairs and the second pair I ordered had to be returned as although the size I requested, they did not fit at all. The website is very good for looking at availability.”
