“Excellent choice and assistance from Jen in Inverness. Essential to have a 'try on' facility for shoes but Beggs also a full range of makes and sizes to choose from internet which can quickly be sourced and tried at shop so no sending back hassle. Best of both worlds! And a loyalty discount.What's not to like”

“I discovered Begg Shoes a few years ago and have used them ever since. The range of shoes on the website is good, delivery from Scotland is prompt and when I have needed to return shoes the refund is back in my account very quickly. I have always been pleased with the serviceI they provide.”

“The shoes are comfortable, i have liked using them; however when it comes to ordering in a shop on the tablet which is different than actual shopping. The picture of the trainers might not be entirely clear and then a different reaction slightly when they arrive to your home address. I found this with these trainers on which j ordered in the shop; although i am wearing them since then.”

“I had to return a pair of slippers that didn't quite meet my needs. There was no quibble and I arranged for a different pair. They weren't in stock at my local store (Elgin) so they were ordered for me. They arrived within the timescale that I was advised of. They are perfect and just as importantly the staff were excellent. Great customer service. Your product and staff are a credit to you🙂”
