“Begg provided me with excellent service when I purchased my shoes. Unfortunately the shoes were too large, purchased using the "fit chart" provided by Begg and there is no exchange return process and cost for returning shoes ( checking 3 services) was $77 U.S. dollars, nearly the cost of the shoes. I love the style and had already processed a replacement pair 1 full size smaller before finding out the cost to return. Are you aware Begg? I only paid approx $22 for postage to send to U.S. I was extremely disappointed.”
