“I was interested in the Shepherd slippers and shoes. unfortunately most did not contain my size. I tried a larger size remembering that the sheepskin lining would necessitate a larger size any way. This also proved to be too small. I returned the shoes and was given a full refund.”

“The shoes were lovely but not quite wide enough for my feet - hence the 4 star rating. Return was very easy, I made a call to chat to someone about the fit of another pair and the person I spoke to was very helpful. Now awaiting my new order.”

“Very quick delivery, & well packaged. The only disappointment was that they weren't pure white sandals, as described, but an off white/cream colour. I just won't be able wear them with pure white trousers. They fitted well, as Skechers sandals always do.”

“The service was excellent. Unfortunately the shoes were not wide and soft enough to fit my H width feet ( plus bunions). Unfortunately therefore I have had to return them. They have made the returns process extremely easy.”

“I am almost 90 years old. The Eccoshoes were exactly what I wanted. I could not find them in Edinburgh where I live. I found Begg on line and I think I phoned or emailed and ordered the shoes from Behgg who immediately supplied. I will recommend Begg to family and friends. I.E.”

“I am pleased with boots the fit is good for me as l have narrower calves and am between sizes so 37.5 is a perfect fit for me. I have not been out in the boots yet but intend to soon. The quality looks good and l love the reddish brown colour I”

“Although I was originally sent the wrong pair of boots, Danielle who Inspoke to from customer services was excellent and sorted out the problem very quickly. I actually kept both pairs of boots and am delighted with them. The only reason I didn't rate the service as 5star was because of the original error.”
