“I ORDERED A PAIR OF EXTRA WIDE SLIP ON SANDLES, BUT WHEN THEY ARRIVED UNFORTUNATELY THEY WERE WIDE FIT ONLY. SO ON THIS OCCASION I HAD TO SEND THEM BACK, BUT I WILL BE LOOKING OUT FOR WINTER SHOES IN EXTRA WIDE FIT.”

Our cutoff for same-day dispatch on next-day delivery is 12:00 noon. Because this order was placed at 2:00 PM, it was shipped the following morning and delivered by Royal Mail the next day, right on schedule according to our terms. “Your serice was impeccable. However I do not like having to order shoes online as I prefer to try on several pairs and the second pair I ordered had to be returned as although the size I requested, they did not fit at all. The website is very good for looking at availability.”

“Good star rating for customer service, but the shoes sent out (last pair that size in a 'sale' line) were poor quality? Decent fit, but the uneven quality of leather in one boot meant that I returned them. The manufacturer has good online ratings, so I was rather dissappointed in the quality presented- maybe this was a one off?”

“Good service and quality shoes, just didn't fit unfortunately, but I would order again from Begg shoes. I had to contact customer service as one of the orders was delayed due to the snow, they were very helpful and I had an email straight back. Only small negative comment would be I placed one order for two pairs of the same shoe in different sizes, and they were sent to me separately from different branches, (with a lovely message inside I must add) but the return labels provided were separate too, so that meant I had to pay two lots of return fees.”
