At this time, additional costs of importation including local VAT or related admin fees are payable (locally) by the customer. Ordered and paid for a size 5 Skechers 117092 BOBS SQUAD STARRY LOVE White multi Womens trainers. After a few days received an email to tell me that they where out of stock, had to wait around a week for money to go back into my bank account.

I paid for next day delivery as I wanted the shoes for a wedding 4 days later. The shoes did not arrive. After contacting the team I was informed they had gone to the wrong customer. A computer refund would be made, or they could send another pair. As it would be to late I purchased another pair of shoes locally and requested a refund. Several days later a pair of shoes arrived. I then had to take time out to return them. Tracking the shipment I saw them arrive in the store but still no refund and have emailed to see when this will be processed. So very disappointed that I’m still having to chase a refund and the shoes did not arrive in time.

Beggs shop tried to charge me for return goods even though I had ordered through amazon. They don't tell you before you order items. Wouldnt buy again from this store the manager I spoke to didn't have a clue! However second time I called them got to speak to a young sales person, who was very good.

They take an order and a payment only to tell you a couple of days later they dont have the item in stock. You can either choose something else or get a refund. I opted for the refund but hsd to wait a few day for it to go into my account to allow me to go elsewhere for the shoes. They weren’t cheap they wrte £120

Hello Eve Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I am sorry that you are still waiting for your order to arrive. I have checked the status of your order and I can see that we shipped your parcel on the 8th of March and your parcel left the UK on the 14th of March. We usually expect parcels going to Australia to arrive within 14 working days from dispatch but occasionally we see some delays beyond this. The only Royal Mail shipping service available to Australia is International Signed, which does not provide tracking updates once the parcel has left the UK. I am confident that your parcel will be with you soon so that you can enjoy your new shoes. If you are still waiting for your parcel to arrive by the 19th of April (30 working days after dispatch) please do get in touch and we can initiate our Lost Parcel procedure. When I placed my order for my trainer’s, their web site was showing the size & colour I wanted. But my order has not turned up & when we phoned them we was told they will send them to me when there get there order come in. 🤷🏻 don’t know when I will get them now

the shoes caused blisters on my heel after wearing them on the first walk. it felt like there was a ridge inside the shoe. i had to return the shoes.

There are many great benefits to shopping with us from the US such as not paying VAT, access to a wide range of European designers, and fast shipping compared to other companies. Unfortunately, the cost of returns is not considered one of these benefits. As we are a small family business, we do not currently offer cheaper returns options for International customers at this time. We are looking into ways to make this easier for our US customers, but in the meantime, we encourage customers to post returns back to us using their preferred courier. I bought Tamaris slides, but had to return them since I found them uncomfortable as soon as I tried them on. The sole is very inflexible and the upper isn't padded, unlike older Tamaris I have had, so cut into my foot. A pity, since the older designs were very much better, and it's a pity they are no longer available.

If you order from the USA you must mail internationally back to Scotland at your own expense. Also Beg’g’s claim that their 2Wide width is the equivalent of us 2EE is incorrect. The Begg 2Wide is much narrower. Lord only knows what it will cost me to get this pair back to Scotland. Saving on VAT will be eaten up in postage. This should all be made very clear in their advertising in the US.

As we are a small family business, we do not offer free returns on any of our orders. We do have easy and cheaper return options for UK orders, but unfortunately, we are not able to offer an easier return option for our International customers. There are many benefits to shopping online with us from the US and further afield, such as access to a wide range of European designers, fast shipping and VAT deduction from your order. Unfortunately, the returns shipping costs are not one of these benefits. I have checked our Size Guide page but I was unable to find any reference to "2 Wide". Our Size Guide advises that an EE width fitting would be considered Extra Wide in UK width fittings. The style you have purchased from us is a "Wide" fitting which would be a UK E width fitting. I'm quite disappointed with the sandals, they are advertised as walking sandals and I haven't been able to walk much as they rub my little toes and I have to wear a plaster on both feet to be able to wear them. So therefore can't recommend them, will go back to Planet Earth next time. Sorry

I have written about my wife's purchase. The shoe size was not close to correct and no markings on the shoe to show the actual size. Sent photos and showed the box with size and received a reply but no resolution. Was going to return but that would have cost $151.00 to return from Dixon Illinois. Paid $106.00 US Dollars and "gave" them to a person with a big foot. Will not order again.

I can only guess that you perhaps had intended to purchase the shoes in a US size 9 (UK size 7.5).
