“I am elderly and arthritic & find it very difficult to find shoes to fit comfortably .The assistant was extremely kind & helpful.I chose a pair of Legero boots but after taking them home I had a problem with the zips sticking . My son took them back & you worked at them . The boots are great but I still find the zips difficult .”

“I found the service excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In the end, I had to return the shoes because they had a fault and every pair you had in that colour and size had the same fault! Would certainly return because of the way you handled the difficulty. Thank you.”
