“My order came promptly with a friendly note from the dispatcher- a lovely gesture. The shoes were well packaged and a good price. Sadly I had to return them as they didn’t fit well. The return label enclosed is a great idea and I have since received my refund Great friendly customer service. Thank you”

“Great service from the Inverness shop. Ordered sandals for my husband on a Thursday afternoon and they arrived in Merseyside by 2pm on Monday included a handwritten note from Barbara. Hats off to Royal Mail and Begg's.”

“I have had Rieker closed toe ballet flats for a long time and they're so comfortable. I last ordered some through Amazon and understood that they're now very difficult to get hold of. Begg shoes have sent me an exact fit, and I'm very pleased. Not only that, but they were expected on the Saturday and they arrived a day early.You can be sure that Begg shoes will now be my first port of call !”
