“Sandals which I wanted were not available on the shop. The assistant was very helpful and managed to order a pair from it's sister shop. They were delivered promptly three days later with no problems and regular updates of delivery progress. Very impressed with whole experience.”

“Great service and the thank you note with my sandals was appreciated. This is the third pair of these sandals I have bought. They are very comfortable and as they do not have an open back, they accommodate my orthotic insoles. Good for summer wear. They would be better with a 'solid' sole as they eventually wear out on the heel which is hollow once the outer sole wears down. The uppers last for ever!!”

“Excellent selection of styles for all tastes. Free Postal Service is also excellent - my order arrived ( in Lancashire) a couple of days after ordering. Included in order is a hand written thank you for the order and clear instructions if order is to be returned.”

“Really lovely and prompt customer service when you email questions. Prompt despatch of shoes and even a nice label if you wanted to return them ( which I didn’t) shoes were lovely. I will definitely be shopping with Beggs again and I am usually wary of shopping online.”
