“Beggs did what they said, promptly and communicated with me effectively. Although my size was not in the shop I tried another style of the same make to ascertain likely fit. I am more than pleased with my purchase.”

“Shoes are great and staff very helpful in Elgin store, the item took quite a while for them to arrive at the store and I didn't receive a notification happy with the purchase and would continue to use Beggs in the future”

“I purchased a pair of Gabor Lanzarote toe post sandals. I have another pair of these sandals and love the fit. There's are not cheap, with postage they cost about €95. I was very happy with Begg shoes and appreciated the little hand written note. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from Begg again, nothing to do with the shop but now that the UK is no longer in the EU I had to pay an additional €21 import duty! This made my fairly expensive sandals very expensive. Sorry Begg”

“I was very satisfied with my first order to Israel. The customer service was truly excellent as the lady on the chat was able to find me a specific shoe that I hadn't found online, from a photo I sent. Delivery was fast. Thank you! The only reason that I'm not giving 5 stars is that the postage to Israel is expensive; if this were cheaper I could see myself using this service frequently.”

“Your shoes are beautifully made and also packed off to the customer extremely well. I had to return my first pair for a half size larger which proved no problem at all and I reordered immediately! I also received my repayment for the first pair immediately they were received by yourselves I think the nominal £2 return payment is perfectly acceptable for such good service!”

“Excellent service! I ordered two pairs of Legero trainers & I needed the delivery to be delayed so sent an email to request this. Almost instantly Maurice replied to say this was no problem and then on dispatch at the later date, Leann emailed to say my order was on it’s way and that she hoped I’d be delighted with them. Unfortunately, one pair didn’t fit. I have returned them but as yet have not had an email to confirm receipt or inform me about my refund. However, it’s probably not been that long so I’ll wait a little longer before I chase it up.”

“Ordered men’s slippers for present.....very happy with them, BUT very disappointed to find that they were made in China. Trying to avoid products made in that country, and thought I had found a company that was totally British. Appreciated the thank you note.....nice touch.”
