I purchased a pair of Clark's shoes from Begg Shoeshop Peterhead.
I selected a pair in my normal size but realised when I tried them on at home they were somewhat loose.
On returning them to the store I was advised that a similar pair a half size smaller was produced but unfortunately not in stock at Peterhead. The assistant said "Not to worry we will have the smaller size delivered to your door in the next 2/3 days" This is what happened, an excellent service.
