“Pleasant & efficient staff. My order arrived a few days after I placed my order. The shoes sadly didn't fit to well but again my returns & refunds were handled swiftly & efficiently. Would not hesitate to use them again, Dianne”

“Begg Shoes provided the Earth Spirit sandals , my third pair. The service was swift and included a friendly note. If there was a down side it was the high cost of postage to France. Nowadays one has to look at the postage deals as much as the price of the product.”

“I was pleased with quick response and shoes are fine. Unfortunately I was not made aware of the fact that Earth Spirit were no longer under this name . I had ordered the same sandals that I have worn for over a year because I have a medical problem with my feet. I have kept the earth fire but I may not have done if I had been advised of the change.”

“I was looking for a pair of Ara hightop sneakers, having already owned two comfortable pairs. I found another pair at Begg Shoes, my size, rapidly despatched and even in the sale! Excellent service! I always worry a little about buying shoes without trying them on first, but as I knew the manufacture and sizing, I was hoping all would work - and it did! Thank you Begg!”

“The shoes are too wide for me and I do not like the shiny leather it is too hard.I would like to return them and purchase a white leather pair instead. How do I do that? Help would be appreciated.”

“Lovely comfy trainers but needed to open laces to get on. A zip at both sides would be better. Love the colour combo though and delivery from Beggs was brilliant as usual. Great website ( and shops) and always speedy and efficient.”
