“Lovely shoes but the straps and fastener are too difficult for me to fix. Hence I am having to return them. The main part of the shoes fitted really well, so I'm really sorry to part with them.”

“Good value for money. I like the zip. Comfy. Just looks like the picture. Good for dry days. Not as high as other trainers but very comfortable.”

“Delivery was very quick. Unfortunately the shoes, although of high quality, were much to big, both in length and width, and so I have had to return them. Luckily I had requested a returns label on ordering the shoes, so simply dropped them off at the post office.”

“Chose a pair of shoes but they weren't in store in my size. Staff ordered in a pair and within 2 days they were in to try on. It was a pair of Skechers at a reasonable price and very comfy. Very happy, thank you.”

“Begg Shoes provided the Earth Spirit sandals , my third pair. The service was swift and included a friendly note. If there was a down side it was the high cost of postage to France. Nowadays one has to look at the postage deals as much as the price of the product.”

“I was pleased with quick response and shoes are fine. Unfortunately I was not made aware of the fact that Earth Spirit were no longer under this name . I had ordered the same sandals that I have worn for over a year because I have a medical problem with my feet. I have kept the earth fire but I may not have done if I had been advised of the change.”
