“Shopping at Beggs is a pleasure, their ranges are excellent, helpful and pleasant staff and if they don't have what you want in your size, they can get it from another Beggs shop somewhere else in the country. I have had shoes posted to me from Shetland ( 2 times) and once from Inverurie, free of charge to my door, all came with a lovely wee note from a member of staff saying hope you like your shoes and enjoy wearing them. That's what I call service. Well done a d thank you very much m this makes me feel appreciated.”

“I see Begg's as a quality company which offers good service. My last order, like the one before, came promptly, and without fuss. Unfortunately, this time one of the 3 size 12 pairs I ordered nipped my toes, despite being a Skechers shoe, as are the boots In the same order which fit fine. Schechers' calibration at fault(?) One person I spoke to--Shetland or Inverness, I forget which-- said she would try to source a size 13, but I've not heard anything. I've checked the Begg website for alternatives, but nothing I like has a 12 (or 47) which is normally my size. I've recently left a phone message, and would appreciate some feedback.”

“Beautiful trainers/shoes For someone with edema and so has swollen feet these are perfect can open zip and laces to get foot in. Once foot in re do zip tighten laces dependent on severity of swollen foot. After I had ordered these I did find them cheaper elsewhere but as I have mobility problems couldn’t be bothered to return them and order cheaper ones elsewhere. Hence only four stars”
