“I love my new boots, but that love cost me $41. I ordered them in my usual 37 (They’re Reikers, and all my other Reikers shoes are a very comfortable 37), but the boots were, astonishingly, both too tight and too short, So I exchanged them for a 38, which fit fine. But the exchange cost me an unacceptable $41 (!) in postage.”

“I have ordered shoes a few times from Begg and I have always found they have a wide selection to choose from and delivery is fast. This year I ordered two pairs of shoes as a Christmas present for my husband which arrived promptly, the only complaint I have is that one of the boxes was badly damaged which did not detract from the quality of the shoes, but it did not make a present look presentable in a battered ripped and torn box!”

“Excellent service with quick dispatch. Staff are very helpful if you call with a query. My only disappointment is having to return everything I purchased because of needing a narrower fit. The range of shoes is impressive, unfortunately none were slim enough although staff made a good effort to advise me regarding narrower fit styles.”
