“Very much appreciated being able to ring and speak to an actual shoe shop assistant. They also rang back with an answer to my questions. The only negative was they couldn't provide information about the materials used in the slippers. The service was excellent in every other way.”

“The website and delivery were good. It is particularly useful that you use Royal Mail for deliveries, they are much the most convenient service. The one issue was that when I opened the shoes, there was something saying "extra wide", which I did not request and absolutely did not want. Fortunately it seems not to have been true, the shoes fit OK, but please do be careful in future to ensure that it is clear what fitting is being ordered and supplied.”
