“Any orders I place ,I do by telephone because your staff are so helpful and friendly. This type of service is becoming increasingly rare, you should be proud of them. The personal notes written by staff members included in packages, while it could be seen as a public relations exercise, I give it a bit more value than that, I think it's quite nice!”
