“I was looking for real leather boots and I didn't see any in the shop that took my fancy. The woman in the Lerwick shop was wearing a really nice pair that were available on line and she ordered them for me . She said they could be delivered straight to my house and if they were not right for me I could take them back to the shop for a full refund. Perfect 👌”

“Good star rating for customer service, but the shoes sent out (last pair that size in a 'sale' line) were poor quality? Decent fit, but the uneven quality of leather in one boot meant that I returned them. The manufacturer has good online ratings, so I was rather dissappointed in the quality presented- maybe this was a one off?”

“I had been looking for a particular type of slippers for my disabled husband and as I had purchased the previous pair at Begg's I decided to return. I have to say although the type of slipper desired was not available the staff within the shop were amazing. A search of stock was carried out, a potential pair identified, ordered and purchased and delivered directly to my door 3 days later. Unfortunately the slippers were not suitable and when returning them to the shop again the staff could not have been more professional, understanding, helpful and friendly. A credit to your business!”

“I have dealt with this company before and received good service so I had no hesitation in ordering from them again. They were very easy to deal with and service was prompt. I have purchased shoes from Begg shoes on a few occasions and have bern impressed, first by the efficency of the staff and their friendly manner, then the quality of the products Begg stock, and lastly the free post for tems over £30. Here at home I have to pay for delivery anywhere N.Ireand or the South.”
