“I loved the Remonte Trainer that I ordered, however I felt that it was not a great representation of a wide fit at all. The lady that I talked to in your Inverness store was super helpful when I called about my return. She chased it up and even remembered to e.mail me with an update. Well done for your customer care.”

“Popped into shop looking for a certain brand of sandal during a holiday break in Scotland, however they had no stock in shop but offered to order me a pair and hold of delivery until I was back home, returned home Friday and as promised sandals arrived Monday morning. Very helpful staff and efficient service, thank you so much.”

“I can't praise the service I received enough. I ordered these shoes at very short notice. The lady in the shop was so helpful, going the extra mile to make sure the shoes were put on the boat early in the morning, from Orkney. I received the shoes in time for my event. They were perfect, just what I wanted. Very impressed and will definitely visit Begg's shoe shop online again.”
