“Delighted with service from staff as I made my purchase of trainers by phone & asked if I could order both a 3(36) & 4(37)because I knew from buying that brand of trainers previously their sizes can vary. I then said I would be going on holiday & wasn't sure when I would be able to get to Inverurie (I live in Aberdeen) to try them on & decide which pair to keep-was told there would be no problem & just come into shop whenever I can.”

“Begg Shoes always provide an excellent service - from the moment you've viewed their comprehensive website, made your choice from hundreds of items and placed your order, you can then sit back and wait for your goods to arrive - always speedily and well within their delivery parameters. The accompanying little note in the shoebox offers that personal touch, reminding you that you're shopping with a genuinely caring business - your pleasure in your purchase is definitely their pleasure to serve.”

“As usual the service was excellent as is the choice of footwear. I take a small size 3, a size 2 in my younger days, so I’m always pleased to find shoes that fit.”
