“Purchased slippers. Really comfy. Liked them so much, purhased another pair in another colour. Good quality little pricy for some but worth it. Well packaged. One pair too big, but easy to return and ordered smaller size. One colour fitted as I am size 6, but the other colour went down a size.”

“Staff in Kirkwall helpful and knowledgeable. Good range of types of footwear and great that if a pair is available in another Beggs store they can Feb delivered free of charge to my home and if not suitable I can return to their local shop. This service even applies to sale items!”

“Beautiful Gabor flatform trainers, I have 5 pairs in different colours as they are so comfortable and look great with anything. I chose Beggs because it was a family firm and when I rang to ask a question the lady was very helpful and polite, and nothing seemed too much trouble. I would certainly recommend this independent business.”

“Excellent customer service from the Inverurie shop, the shoes I tried on weren’t available in the colour I wanted , they ordered them and had them delivered to my home address within a few days free of charge. Always had great service from Beggs shops”

“The staff went out of their way to help me when the item I had ordered was out of stock. Luckily, the next size up was ideally suited to me and was available for immediate dispatch. They arrived in good time too along with returns info in the case that they might not be suitable but I’m happy to say that I am very happy with my purchase and the service I received. The slippers are excellent.”
