“Very glad to have found this company. I found 2 pairs of shoes of a type that is difficult to find. The service was quick and efficient as was the return process for the pair that I did have to return. I was delighted that they have a special section for wide fit shoes. It made my search far easier. I just wish there was an actual Beggs shop in my area.”

“I hadn't even heard of Begg Shoes until this purchase. The shoes arrived on time and were lovely and comfortable but although they were my usual size they slipped at the heel. I didn't want to change them for a size smaller by mail in case they would be too small so I travelled to Market Harborough in order to be able to try the smaller size. They weren't big enough so it must just have been the style which caused the original ones to slip. I tried other styles but there was nothing in a style /colour to suit my needs. I was thoroughly impressed with the staff there, they couldn't have been more helpful. They seemed genuinely disappointed they didn't have what I wanted. (My partner tried and bought shoes while he was waiting.) I am keeping an eye on new products hoping to find what I'm looking for and would love to use Begg again.”

“I ordered some slippers in a colour I had been unable to find anywhere else. My order was dealt with the same day & arrived within 2 days. Beautifully packed with a personal message inside.
