“Bought for a wedding. Anticipated 'new shoe' issues but they were perfect. Soft leather felt wonderful, inner shoe incredibly comfortable. Sheen of shoes was amazing, looked a class above. Delighted with my purchase. Would recommend.”

“Bought pair of sketchers slip ons from their Elgin branch,I asked if I could get a half size bigger but they had not a pair in stock.I was told they had a pair in another branch and said they would post it to me,and sure enough they arrived a couple of days later. Excellent service and friendly and knowledgeable staff. A great selection of quality shoes to choose from. I have always been able to find the right shoes there and would recommend stock to anyone.”

“Excellent service as always. I went into Inverurie shop to order Gabor shoes to be delivered to store. They arrived promptly and I received a phone call as well as an email to let me know they were ready to collect at my convenience. I also love their loyalty scheme which is a good excuse to buy more shoes!”

“I love Begg shoes, I've had many pairs of sandals, trainers and boots over the years. The service from them is first rate. Goods are well packaged and delivered quickly . When I have had to return shoes, usually because I need a different size, the refund has gone into my bank without delay.”

“I have bought 2 pairs of shoes from Beggs now. Postage is fast, they are beautifully packaged and a great price. Best thing is the enclosed Return labels with Royal Mail. I didn't need to use them but it was re-assuring to know that if I had there wouldn't be any faffing around with nightmare codes I can't find in my phone, and having to do a long trip to a post office that does Evri returns as with another well known company.”
