“At the Inverness store the choice in the shop was good. I was able to buy one pair in store and the other pair in my choice of colour was sent very promptly to my home.”

“I only discovered Begg Shoes last week and I am very impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness (I called the store with a question which was answered in a friendly manner. My order came in 3 days with everything you need to know about the company itself, how to make returns and even include a return label should need it. What impressed me was the handwritten note I received from Nikki, one of the staff thanking me for the order and hope that I will be happy with the shoes. I will definitely use Beggs going forward.”

Hello Lina Thank you for leaving a review and I'm sorry you have not received your order yet. I have checked our correspondence and I couldn't see any previous contact from you about your order. The tracking information indicates delivery was attempted yesterday but could not be completed. I have been in touch privately with you to confirm further details about the delivery. If I can be of any further assistance, please let me know at info@beggshoes.com Kind regards Faith Begg Shoes

“Great company. Have bought a few pairs of sneakers over the last year or so. Delivery is always well packaged and prompt. Customer service is excellent, dealt with by some lovely people (not bots) which is becoming rare these days. Very happy customer, will be back and would highly recommend.”

“Saw shoes in the sale but not in my size. However a helpful assistant found them in stock in another branch in my size. I ordered them for home delivery at 1pm, they arrived at my home address 11am next day less than 24hours from ordering. Excellent service and the shoes are perfect!”

“I am almost 90 years old. The Eccoshoes were exactly what I wanted. I could not find them in Edinburgh where I live. I found Begg on line and I think I phoned or emailed and ordered the shoes from Behgg who immediately supplied. I will recommend Begg to family and friends. I.E.”
