“I’m very pleased with my London Fly ankle boots from Beggs Shoes - I can highly recommend this shop, the customer service was friendly and the ordering process was easy. In the parcel with the invoice and returns label was a had written note on headed paper thanking me for my order and hoping I liked the boots with a smiley face - this made me smile - it was a lovely personal gesture”

“Had bought a lovely pair of shoes, for my daughters wedding, but my feet had swollen due to the heat in June/July. Went to Beggs to try and find an alternative, which they did. Fortunately for myself, I stayed with the original pair of shoes, and went back to see if I could get a refund..... The ladies in the Perth shop, were lovely, and I got my refund without question. While in there, and I bought myself a pair of trainers (which I love wearing) and my husband managed to find himself a pair of shoes also. My trainers had to be sent to my house, but arrived within days of ordering. Very impressed with personal service in the Perth shop and the very nice personal touch through the delivery service. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family. Well done to you all.”
