“This was my 2nd online purchase from Begg and again the service was exemplary. The first time the company rang me because the shoes I ordered had a slight mark and they even sent photos and offered a discount! 2nd purchase just a week ago sketchers trainers and again arrived so quickly. Also in both cases a handwritten note was enclosed hoping I enjoyed my purchases, which of course I do. Thank you for your customer service many companies could learn from you.”

“I recently saw some gorgeous shoes online at Beggs and ordered them. They were as described, true to fit and packaged beautifully as usual. Great updates on delivery which was prompt. A lovely personal note inside the box. I dont buy shoes often but when I do, its always worth looking at Beggs for choice, colours, sizes, and great attention to detail.”

“I was in Inverurie by chance and wandered into the shop because there was a sale on. What a nice shop and lovely staff!!! I was thrilled to find the perfect toe posters in their sale and was delighted with the way the staff interacted and helped me. I'll be back even though I live in Edinburgh. Sorry to my friend with whom I stay - but she likes the shop too.”

“Ordered from Brisbane in Australia and was amazed how quickly I received the parcels. I wasn't able to buy a Toni Pons espadrille here in Oz. So I started to look further afield. As I knew my size and the style/colour I wanted, it was easy to book online with Begg Shoes, which I can highly recommend.👍”

“I ordered online, to be picked up at local store. Very quick service, I tried on shoes in the store was unsure about them (one foot smaller than other so shoe a bit looser), took shoes home and decided to return them. Very easy, and tried on a couple of other styles to find a pair that fitted and suited me. Excellent customer care both times and assistant offering several different options, time taken to find what was best for me. Recommend highly.”
