“I looked for these ECCO shoes in the US and Canada without success. Since I planned a trip to London, I had them shipped to my daughter's home there. They arrived promptly, they were exactly what I wanted and needed during my stay in the UK. Thanks Very Much!”

“I recently found Begg shoes online whilst looking for a specific pair of Clark’s shoes. I had looked everywhere including Clark’s own website but no one had them in stock. Fortunately Begg had them at a good price. The order process was easy and the shoes arrived in a few days. To cap the experience there was a nice note in with the shoes thanking me for selecting Beggs. No hesitation in recommending this company.”

“We prefer buying from independant retailers and BEGG gives very good customer service as good as any large retailer but with that local buy feel which we like. The Delivery was quick all the way from Scotland to here in Essex. My grandson loves his new shoes! I had an excellent shopping experience from start to finish and at a very good price with free delivery. 5* retailer. Many thanks Begg shoes.”

“I bought a pair of slippers for my Mother. I had to return them as they were too small. The next size was unavailable in the Elgin shop. The assistant sourced a pair for me in Orkney which I received within a couple of days. No postage fee. Wonderful service, thank you.”

“Beggs is always my first choice when I'm needing some new footwear. The reason being is that the shoes are of high quality and the service you get is always very good. The customer assistants genuinely do care about giving good service and nothing is ever too much bother for them, despite the fact I have them up and down the stairs umpteen times to get different sizes for me. They never grumble and always have a smile on their face, nothing is too much trouble. I recently had to return a pair of shoes that had a scratch on them and there were no quibbles at all, and when I got my new pair delivered there was even a nice note inside saying they hope I enjoy wearing my new shoes, how thoughtful! Great choice of footwear too and the staff are always happy to order anything for you if not in the shop.”

“The boots are great comfy and stylish I have them also in black so I know they will fit. The parcel arrived in good time and comes with the fly London yellow box which I love. Begg wrote a personal message which I found a lovely note. Will definitely buy again Thanks Anne”

“I have been extremely pleased with the service I have received from Begg Shoes. There was a problem with the sizing of my first pair of Skechers and they were replaced very quickly after chatting to a very friendly person and then emailing the details. I have since ordered another pair of Skechers in a different colour and they arrived very quickly. Postage was free which was an added bonus.”

“The customer service was excellent in responding to queries, and the delivery was great too (it came by Royal Mail which is by far the most convenient delivery service). The one thing I would say is that it would be better if you made sure that the website specified the fit (narrow/wide/standard etc.) of all the shoes, and their materials too, which would have saved me having to send you questions. But you answered so well that it almost made up for that.”
