“I highly recommend Begg Shoes, Their shoe has lots of options of styles. Begg customer service amazing. I’ve order pair of sketches online, this typically style I was looking for while, unfortunately they didn’t had my size, I still order the smallest, I was hoping that it may fit fine. Delivered very quickly and greatly packaged. Unfortunately shoe I have to returned because too big and I contact the customer service to see if there was my size in stock, very friendly and they have tried everything but there was no luck. Unfortunately I have to return the shoe but I will be ordering something else. Because I love their services and how they look after the customers.”

“As a visitor to Shetland, I was delighted to find Begg Shoes on Lerwick high street - decent indepedent shoe shops where customer service still matters have long disappeared from the city where I live. As expected, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Whilst the model I wanted was not in stock in the Lerwick shop, I was offered a similar shoe to try on for size, which turned out to be accurate. The kind sales assistant then offered to order me the shoes I wanted through one of their other stores which did have them in stock. This was on Friday morning just gone - it is now Monday and my shoes arrived this morning, within one working day, and I am absolutely delighted. A big shout out to Begg Shoes in Lerwick - it's been a total pleasure to buy from you!”

“The original sandals I ordered did not fit. Spoke to Kim in the Perth shop and she sent me a different pair which I was was very pleased with. Kim was very friendly and helpful.”

“I found the shoes I wanted at a competitive price with free delivery. I ordered on a bank holiday weekend but they still arrived within a couple of days. Full information regards returns was included but not needed. Would definitely shop with Begg again.”

“Delivery was very quick. Unfortunately the shoes, although of high quality, were much to big, both in length and width, and so I have had to return them. Luckily I had requested a returns label on ordering the shoes, so simply dropped them off at the post office.”
