I purchased 3 pairs of boots. Unfortunately, particularly because I really liked one pair, they were too narrow & I had to return them. They went back in 2 parcels & one failed to arrive. I presented the proof of postage & Beggs took the matter up with the Royal Mail & refunded my money. I am very impressed & will be looking for some Begg products that I can buy.
