“The website and delivery were good. It is particularly useful that you use Royal Mail for deliveries, they are much the most convenient service. The one issue was that when I opened the shoes, there was something saying "extra wide", which I did not request and absolutely did not want. Fortunately it seems not to have been true, the shoes fit OK, but please do be careful in future to ensure that it is clear what fitting is being ordered and supplied.”

“Happy with my boots & the service was excellent would definitely recommend buying from Beggs. The only issue I had was that I had to return my initial purchase & reorder in smaller size as they came up big which surprised me as I had bought a pair last year from the same maker & they were perfect. I would have given 5 stars but because of the sizing issue I marked down.”

“I ordered a pair of boots from beggs shoes got them within the 2 days and was very satisfied with them. After a month the sole was hanging off my 60 pound pair of boots. However they were replaced no problem and a new pair with the postie 2 days later. I was happy 😊”

“I love my new boots, but that love cost me $41. I ordered them in my usual 37 (They’re Reikers, and all my other Reikers shoes are a very comfortable 37), but the boots were, astonishingly, both too tight and too short, So I exchanged them for a 38, which fit fine. But the exchange cost me an unacceptable $41 (!) in postage.”

“I have ordered shoes a few times from Begg and I have always found they have a wide selection to choose from and delivery is fast. This year I ordered two pairs of shoes as a Christmas present for my husband which arrived promptly, the only complaint I have is that one of the boxes was badly damaged which did not detract from the quality of the shoes, but it did not make a present look presentable in a battered ripped and torn box!”
