“The service is wonderful. I phoned about shoes on a Friday to Eastgate, Inverness. They hadn't got the size in the shop but traced it to another and I purchased on the phone. My shoes arrived on the Monday. The shop assistant was very helpful and very pleasant. Excellent!!!”

“I buy all my shoes from Biggs. During lock down they sent them out to Australia to me and now I buy several pairs of sandals when in Scotland. I love it that they are a family firm, they pay for 2 shops to keep going in Elgin and that all orders are completed quickly and efficiently. Why aren't more firms like Beggs?”

“A wonderful service. I initially bought my birkenstock at a chain store , despite very clearly asking for narrow sandals , they gave me standard . I contacted Begg online , very helpful , ensured the correct Sandals. Took my order over the phone . 20% off with blue light. Arrived the next day . Will definitely purchase from Begg again. Thanks”
