“The Begg's store in Shetland, thanks to the efficient service of Pauleen Arthur, is a delight to enter. The quality and variety of shoes is excellent. It is a tradegy that this store is closing in May. I have purchased all my footwear from here whilst it has been opeational and will be bereft when it is no longer open. it is not the same shopping on line for footwear and I can foresee several returns given that sizing is difficult to judge.”

“I like ordering shoes from Beggs for many obvious reasons. Easy to order, beyond prompt in arriving, always nice clean and orderly boxes and packaging, but the icing on the cake is the little personal note inside. Such a lovely thing to do, always makes me smile and I wonder who it was. Thank you”

“I was looking for a pair of trainers everywhere but couldn't find the right ones in my size, in the right width as I have wide feet. Eventually I found Begg Shoes and was SO relieved. They had a lovely pair in a wide fit at a reasonable price. They arrived promptly and with all the things needed to return if I wanted to, which was reassuring, as not all companies do that. However, they were a perfect fit, so no need. This company is reliable and speedy with delivery and I would definitely use again.”

“The staff in the Inverurie store are lovely and there's a great range to choose from. They didn't have the right size in stock for me, so ordered for delivery to my home. The order came very promptly, but unfortunately didn't fit. Arranging a return was very simple - label in the box, drop at the post office, refund came through within days. Although this purchase didn't work, the system is excellent. I've purchased many times from Beggs before and am happy to recommend them.”

“After trying on pink pair in store at Elgin and buying them I also wanted another pair but in a different colour but they didn't have my size in stock. The lovely assistant was able to order them online for me and they came a few days later. Well impressed with the service I received and won't hesitate to order online again.”
