“The size and style of boot I wanted was unavailable inshore and elsewhere online. My local Begg shoe shop in Market Harborough couldn't have been more helpful. The staff were knowledgeable and found me a pair of the boots in their shop in Peterhead. These were shipped down to Market Harborough where I collected them. Very happy with my purchase and the care and attention I received, both in store and from Peterhead. Highly recommended, thank you!”

“I was wearing an older Ricostatex brown suede boot - and decided to buy the black suede Ricostatex boots that were in stock (thankfully) with Beggs Shoes. Excellent service and arrived safely. Ordered online. Will keep a look out for the Ricostatex autumn stock.”

“Always a pleasure to visit this shop. Manageress Amarie and all her staff are brilliant. They go out of their way to ensure you leave the shop satisfied Always a great selection and the staff have no problem in ensuring you try everything that toy are interested in,. I had a slight problem last week and Joan was brilliant it correcting my problems, well done to all the staff and a great choice of goods.”

“Buy all my footwear from Beggs on line as their customer care is outstanding. A personal note in each parcel often with a smiley face and on this occasion a phone call to let me know one of the pair was faded and did I still want them. Begg stocks great brands and make my experience personal , thoughtful and caring. You don't get this kind of service much nowadays. What's not to like!”

“Since finding Beggs on line they have become our , go to , retailer for footwear. Whilst we look online at the stock, we order over the phone. This may sound odd but the benefit of talking with the helpful, knowledgeable staff members, can be useful to glean certain details about a desired product to make sure one's purchases are right first time. The " good old fashioned customer service " , may be an out moded cliché but it matters to us. Long may we enjoy it! Thank you Beggs.”
