“Placed order online, was delvd within time quoted. Shoes were lovely but my feet are now like the rest of me-got bigger and wider with age lol, will call in person to the shop after the hols (will check stock online first)as larger sizes are out of stock at the nearest shop for now. Refund was raised immediately when shoes returned (thank goodness for enclosed printed returns label too).”

“I recently phoned for advice on my intended purchase of Legero winter boots. My call was returned very quickly by Susan who answered questions, made suggestions and put through my order. Delivery was as speedy as usual. Sadly the boots were not quite right for me but the return was straightforward and my refund was dealt with promptly which makes an enormous difference when not purchasing in person.”

“I buy all my shoes at Beggs. Found my ara boots in Inverness, while visiting, they were available in red in Elgin?, so they sent them up to Orkney for me! Also realised there were 2 branches in Inverness!”

“I have used Beggs a few times now and find their service very good. The shoes arrive promptly and the returns service is very straightforward should you need to return them. I find that the description and information on the website very accurate which helps when buying shoes so I have not had to return many!”
