“Last order £80 never delivered no communication no response to emails”

Hi Michelle, I am sorry to hear you have not received your order, I have checked with customer services and cannot find any emails, the email address for customer services is cs@beerhunter.co.uk. After investigation I can see the courier has damaged your parcel in transit and have been unable to deliver it. We are a small family run company who prides ourselves on quality products, service and delivery and I am terribly sorry the latter has let us both down. Customer services will be in contact with you shortly to rectify this.

“First time ordering with Beerhunter. I had a couple of questions regarding delivery after placing my order. Sue was exceptional, the after care and customer service recieved exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be ordering again. “I only buy low/no alcohol beer so don't expect a site like this to have a few range. What they do have is some interesting brands and options which I hadn't seen anywherelse. I bought (Another) case of grapefruit wheat beer which arrived within a few days of my order.”
