The reason I gave a 3star review was I chose Beerhunter because of the ability to pay with Clearpay and spread the cost followed the route for this ticked the box and when it completed it had taken full price 🙄 I had the beer before so it’s great and was delivered as per info

Bit disappointed, fantastic range of beers so thought I'd give it a try, ordered on a Saturday encouraged by the next day delivery offer, didn't expect it till probably Tuesday, rang on the Thursday to enquire where order was to be told "we are very busy due to father's day" finally turned up sat. It was a big order of 48 bottles or so, stuff i can get locally without all the packaging so I'll probably stick to that next time unless it's some really special beer.

Hi Matt, thank you for the feedback on your review, we have checked your order and standard delivery was selected at checkout, this is despatched within 3 to 5 working days, your order was despatched on day 5, we are usually much quicker than this but as it was Father's Day, this is a peak period for Beerhunter so orders can take a little longer to despatch at these times. Responded to an email, order now to get delivery ready for Easter. As a lot of family we're coming over, all drivers, ordered a case of non alcoholic beers. Did not arrive until well after Easter. Disappointing, but at least I have some good choice beers for the future. However, will not order again by a response email, will just be better organised like I usually am.

Great choice of German beers but delivery times Are terrible last 4 occasions it has taken over a week to arrive with some items missing

Thanks for the review Martin, your order was placed on standard delivery which is despatched within 5 working days, it was despatched on the 5th working day. We are usually much quicker than this but we have experienced a high volume of orders recently and despatch has been taking a little longer. I’m sure the beer will be lovely. That I have it is a bonus after the delivery driver ignored my instructions to leave it out-of-sight and dumped it on the doorstep.

If you’re in no Rush then it’s fine if you’re thirsty then forget it. For me takes way too long to arrive bottles are quite small too and you only get a few mouthfuls to each bottle . Very nice beer though

Unfortunately, my beer did not arrive in time for a birthday treat holiday. DPD failed to deliver it as they claimed it was damaged. I would have preferred them to deliver it as all the bottles could not have been broken, but instead, they did not even offer the delivery, they just drove away. So no beer for the holiday!! DPD are rubbish, they do this all the time. My order is being dispatched tomorrow for a delivery on Monday. Fingers crossed

Beer arrived in good order but the nuts I ordered did not come with the order or separately, I have emailed the company a few times with no response, so not very happy

Beers are very good, well packaged, etc. but there's serious work to be done about delivery logistics! More than a week after my order, it hadn't been dispatched yet, unacceptable.

Sadly a negative review when I try yo phone and talk to someone at Bear Hunters no one answers I've emailed in the past regarding a issue with a certain brand of beer but sadly again no reply.So to close not happy with customer relations but you supply the brand I enjoy so sadly I have to suck it up..

Need to work on delivery, delivery was a day later than the 3-5 day window no updates until day 5 then next day delivery. I’d paid for standard but don’t expect a five day wait from ordering to actually sending out…

I ordered the box with merry Xmas on it and the 2 names, the box had the names but not merry xmas I also ordered 1 x red & 1 x white wine but received 2 red wine, so was quite disappointed

The product was fine, but i paid extra for a next day delivery which did not happen and it ended up being 2 days late for my friends birthday.

Product is fine, service poor. I paid extra for “next day” delivery but it took 3 days. When I complained (because it was a birthday gift) didn’t get apology, my order was not “pulled through “ so that made it alright.

Hi, I am sorry you feel that the service is poor, as previously investigated your order was processed at 12.18, missing the 12pm cut off for next day delivery. The order was despatched on time the following day and delivered next day. Customer services did explain this and expressed that they were sorry to hear you were disappointed, no contact was made to inform you of delivery as it was made on time. It is great to hear that you are happy with the product.

Firstly the phone service is absolutely awful. Then after sending an email about a query I had, I was very impressed with the quick response. Unfortunately when the issue was explained, my email to resolve the confusion was ignored.
