Good service but some of the imported beers (moose head lager) have a short shelf life and need to be consumed by may 2024, only 2 months after receiving them.

I have been asked to review my order Due to the order being damaged in transit by the courier the order was cancelled. I was asked would I like it replaced or refunded. I opted for a refund which was promptly received. Better luck next time

Hi Neil Apologies, the email was sent in error and this will be investigated by our technical team. We use specially designed inserts for our shipments which are courier approved and we have every faith that our orders will arrive as they are despatched, and I am sorry this has not been the case for you. We are a small family run company who prides ourselves on quality products, service and delivery and I am truly sorry the latter has let us down. Great service, quick delivery, good value and choice, BUT terrible packaging. I ordered a mixed case for a present and thought it would arrive in a nice box but no. The recipient was still very happy. "You don't drink the packaging" as he said!

Thank you for ordering with Beerhunter, I am sorry you were not happy with the packaging. We use our Beerhunter branded boxes and the specially designed inserts as they are approved by our courier meaning we have less breakages and our beer arrives in perfect condition to you. I am glad your friend enjoyed their gift and hopefully next time you might be able to treat yourself too. Thanks Paula

Got an email saying my beer would be delivered on 25th it arrived on 29th I will not use again I’ll go back to my usual supplier

Paid for next day delivery then got an email to say they were unable to honour that, but to be fair to them they reimbursed that payment but it still took over a week to receive my purchase.

Great gift idea, and very pleased about the speed of delivery. Not so pleased about the box being torn in multiple places and some of the cans being dented as this is a gift. I know this was not in delivery as the box was packaged well to transport.

I was disappointed with the size of the branded glass, I am sure the size would have been noted somewhere but I presumed it would be a standard pint glass.

The products nice as described and arrived quickly. I'm just a bit disappointed as I emailed them straight after I ordered to amend my order and they didn't read my email properly and sent me the item I didn't want. They had picked up my email as they amended the name but didn't read that I wanted the Irish Whiskey so for this reason I've had to drop starts otherwise it would have been 5* This is for a 60th birthday present for my Dad.

Never received parcel choice of DPD parcel service is a joke was meant to receive the parcel 31st December we are now on the 4th of December.

The products are great and customer services very pleasant to deal with. However, they were badly let down by their delivery people (I think Hermes). My order was placed on 16/12/21 - theoretically in good time to be an Xmas gift. It finally arrived on New Year's Eve! Trying to track the delivery was fruitless. So, unfortunately, I do not feel able to give 5 stars... :(

Mix up with order. I ordered one case of beer.Rang and asked if I could amend to order two. It was agreed that the first order would be cancelled but this didn’t happen and I ended up with three cases. Reluctantly I decided to keep the third case for which I had been charged but not impressed that the cancellation was not actioned.
